With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Pete helped build Voluntary Solutions into a trusted industry partner. Pete is proud to be leading an incredible team of highly professional individuals who are key to his agency's success. When he is not at the office, he spends time enjoying family and in the mountains fishing, four-wheeling, and golfing.

Cathy Dobratz
With almost 30 years of market experience in employee benefits, Cathy, with the help of her team continues to develop strategies, implement, manage all phases of communication and benefits administration. Her favorite activities are anything in the Colorado mountains along with spending time with family and beloved golden retrievers.

Kasey Churchill
Kasey’s experience includes planning and managing enrollments, building out and supporting benefit administration systems and virtual benefits counselor experiences. She enjoys the challenge of finding the best way for both brokers and clients to effectively communicate with their employees using HR technology combined with attentive customer service. When she isn’t working, Kasey enjoys photography, travel and spending time with her three kids and two dogs.

Evan Burden
Evan has a passion for understanding his client’s challenges and developing a strategy to enhance the benefits experience for employees. Evan brings over 10 years of experience working with broker partners and businesses to bring cost containment solutions to the workplace. Evan’s consultative approach provides flexible enrollment solutions, benefits education tools, and customized worksite benefit options. When Evan is not at the office, he enjoys fly fishing around the world, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and their two young girls.

Melissa Koll
Melissa has over 20 years experience in the insurance business and has a passion for customer service, benefits education/enrollment, and has extensive knowledge on how to build out various database platforms. She is a licensed health and life insurance agent in over 40 states. When she is not at work, Melissa enjoys the outdoors, vacations with her family, and traveling with her two boys for their sports.

Christian Stout
With over 10 years of sales and leadership experience, 6 of those years in the employee benefits space, Christian is passionate about supporting agents grow their careers in the insurance space. Outside of work, Christian is a sel-proclaimed DIYer who loves rock climbing and spending time with his wife and newborn daughter.

ENROLLMENT & SERVICE COORDINATOR
Kristen Randall
Kristen has enjoyed a 20 year tenure with our team and helps support account management, call center along with enrollment fulfillment. Her pride is making sure that every account and employee we serve enjoys excellent customer service and the quality benefit communication and enrollment services they deserve. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son, gardening and fundraising for Easter Seals Colorado.

Allisa Swartz
Allisa started with Voluntary Solutions Inc in 2000. She quickly became a top performing team member by bringing custom service, professionalism and courtesy to our clients. Her bubbly personality and natural ease in communicating with people brings a joyful interaction with all her knowledge in educating the employees in fully understanding their benefits. Being from Nebraska she enjoys her Huskers football and being with family.

Carrie comes to Voluntary Solutions with over 10 years of experience in benefits and human resource management. Helping others understand and utilize their health benefits is a strong passion for Carrie as well as being a trusted partner to brokers and businesses of all size. Outside of work, Carrie and her husband enjoy camping, four wheeling and spoiling their grandchildren.

Linda has over 20 years of experience in the Voluntary Insurance industry. She is responsible for the implementation process for new and existing clients. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are a couple of her major attributes. When not working Linda enjoys lake time with family, friends and her rescue dogs.
